The article examines the essence, theoretical foundations, and practical aspects of using information systems to optimize management processes, based on the activities of Digital Telecom IX LLC. The expediency of implementing modern information systems as a key tool for improving management efficiency is substantiated by the context of economic digitalization, increasing volumes of information, the growing complexity of organizational structures, and heightened requirements for the timeliness of managerial decision-making. The main areas of application of information systems in the company’s activities are considered, including business process management, financial and economic planning, human resource management, customer relationship management, and control over the implementation of managerial decisions. The practical experience of using corporate information systems, CRM and ERP solutions, analytical platforms, and digital tools for monitoring performance indicators is analyzed. These tools enable the integration of information flows, increase management transparency, and reduce time costs associated with processing managerial information. Key principles for optimizing management processes through information systems include system integration, automation, adaptability, data-driven orientation, and real-time decision support. The differences between the information-oriented approach to management and traditional methods, which are mainly based on manual data processing and fragmented information resources, are determined. A methodological approach to implementing information systems in enterprise management is proposed, including analyzing management needs, selecting appropriate digital solutions, integrating information resources, applying business analytics tools, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of management processes. The effects of implementing information systems are assessed, including improvements in the quality and speed of managerial decision-making, cost optimization, increased labor productivity, enhanced coordination between departments, and improved enterprise competitiveness. It is concluded that the use of information systems is an essential factor in optimizing management processes and ensuring the sustainable development of Digital Telecom IX LLC, as it contributes to the development of an effective management system focused on data, innovation, and flexible responses to external changes. Prospects for further research are outlined to expand the functional capabilities of information systems and their integration with strategic management tools.
