The article substantiates the conceptual foundations and reveals the essence of the modern architectonics of organizational and economic mechanisms (OEM) operating within Ukraine’s agricultural sector amid global transformations and martial law. It has been shown that traditional industry management models are losing their effectiveness under the pressure of existential challenges, necessitating a transition from static structures to a flexible ecosystem architecture. In the course of the study, the concept of “OEM architectonics” is clarified, viewed as the art of constructing a harmonious, network-centric system capable of self-regulation and adaptation. The author analyzes the transformation of two basic OEM subsystems: organizational (the framework) and economic (the content). Key attention is paid to digitalization as the “digital core” of the new architectonics, particularly through the functioning of the State Agrarian Register (SAR), which ensures administrative transparency and minimizes bureaucracy. It is established that digital tools transform the state’s role from a directive regulator to a platform moderator. Within the economic bloc, the role of the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program and the introduction of the Minimum Tax Liability (MTL) are highlighted as instruments for financial stability and for reducing market shadowing. A special emphasis is placed on the European integration vector, which involves harmonizing national legislation with EU norms, particularly in the areas of plant protection and Green Deal environmental standards. Risks associated with the disparity in state support between Ukrainian and European farmers are identified. The critical state of human resources is investigated, where the shortage of specialists in 2024–2025 exceeded 30%, identifying human capital as a limiting factor for the industry’s development. The study concludes that the further improvement of OEM architectonics should be based on deepening digitalization, stimulating deep processing of products, and investing in the restoration of human potential. The results form a scientific and methodological basis for the modernization of state agricultural policy in the context of post-war recovery.
