The article focuses on the theoretical aspects of organizational behavior formation in international business structures. The purpose of the study is to analyze, generalize, and systematize the conceptual foundations of organizational behavior in international business structures, taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of this field, the evolution of managerial thought, and the influence of cross-cultural, socio-psychological, and managerial factors. The study finds that organizational behavior in international business structures constitutes a complex, dynamic, and multidimensional scientific category, emerging at the intersection of psychological, sociological, managerial, and economic theories. It is substantiated that its interdisciplinary nature provides a holistic understanding of the patterns of interaction among individuals and groups within organizations, enabling the identification of the role of the human factor in ensuring the effectiveness of business structures in the global environment. The analysis of the evolution of scientific approaches to organizational behavior has shown that the shift away from purely technocratic management models toward humanistic and behavioral concepts was driven by the increasing complexity of socio-economic processes and the growing importance of human capital. It has been established that national and organizational culture are key determinants of employees’ behavioral models, as they significantly influence leadership styles, motivation systems, communication processes, and decision-making mechanisms in international business structures. The generalization of cross-cultural characteristics indicates that management effectiveness largely depends on companies’ ability to adapt their behavioral practices to the specific cultural environment in which they operate. Overall, the study shows that organizational behavior in international business should be considered not only as a tool of human resource management but also as a strategic resource for ensuring the competitiveness, adaptability, and sustainable development of international business structures. The presented theoretical generalization lays the groundwork for further research aimed at developing modern models of organizational behavior management in the context of digital transformations and the global challenges of the contemporary economy.
