The article examines the strategic resilience of manufacturing enterprises as a key management capability to ensure viability and competitiveness in war and post-war recovery. The starting point is that in scientific and applied discussions, the concept of «resilience» is often identified with maintaining continuity or a rapid return to the previous level of functioning, which is insufficient for production systems with high capital intensity, energy dependence, and technological constraints on readjustment. The aim of the article is to conceptualize strategic resilience specifically for manufacturing enterprises and develop a two-phase management framework that links theoretical approaches to strategic resilience with the systematization of tools and management decisions. Methodologically, the article is conceptual and based on an analytical synthesis of scientific sources on strategic management, organizational and logistical resilience, risk management, and continuity, as well as on logical modeling of cause-and-effect relationships in the production system. As a result of the research, the content of strategic resilience was clarified and distinguished from robustness and adaptability. It was proved that for manufacturing enterprises to withstand the shock of war does not mean preserving the strategic trajectory. A two-phase framework for strategic resilience during the war and post-war recovery was proposed, reflecting a managed transition from the dominance of tools for maintaining critical functions to the reconfiguration of capacities, resources, coordination, and competencies. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the framework for strategic diagnostics, for determining priorities during the war, and for forming modernization and development programs during post-war reconstruction. Prospects for further research include the empirical validation of the framework, namely, testing which management tools in specific sub-industries of production yield the best results in terms of continuity, productivity, and market adaptation.

Keywords: strategic resilience, manufacturing enterprise, war, post-war recovery, robustness, adaptability, management decisions.
