The article provides a comprehensive analysis of strategic approaches to enhancing the resilience of road freight supply chains in the context of post-war reconstruction. Post-war recovery creates a highly turbulent environment for road transport logistics, in which infrastructure constraints, security risks, instability in resource provision, changes in route configurations, and increasing requirements for coordination among supply chain participants are combined. It has been proven that under such conditions, the traditional focus on cost minimization and local optimization of transportation processes is insufficient, and strategic resilience management becomes a priority. In this regard, resilience is understood as the system’s ability to prevent disruptions, adapt to changes in the external environment, and restore its functioning while maintaining an acceptable level of logistics service. Special attention is paid to revealing the essence of road freight supply chain resilience as an integral managerial characteristic that combines preventive, adaptive, and recovery components. It is determined that resilience enhancement should be ensured through a set of interconnected strategic approaches, among which diversification of logistics solutions, reservation of resources and capacities, as well as adaptive configuration of transportation processes occupy a central place. The importance of coordination among supply chain participants and digital transparency in logistics processes is also highlighted as a system-forming factor of resilience, since they ensure timely detection of deviations, improve the consistency of managerial decisions, and reduce response times to disruptions. The article also substantiates the need to evaluate the effectiveness of resilience-enhancement strategies for road freight supply chains using a system of interconnected indicators, including time to detect a disruption, time to recover operations, stability of logistics services, downtime, and cost stability. It is concluded that enhancing the resilience of road freight supply chains in the context of post-war reconstruction should be regarded as a priority area for the strategic development of logistics systems, aimed at ensuring continuity of transportation, reducing vulnerability, and maintaining their functioning in an unstable environment.
