In the article, the authors conducted a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of the ethical, legal, and economic aspects of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in international business. The study is based on a systemic approach that combines a review of modern scientific sources, an analysis of international regulatory frameworks, and practical examples of AI application in global enterprises. The key problems that arise in the process of implementing algorithmic solutions include transparency and validity of models, protection of personal information, cybersecurity, and the distribution of legal and moral responsibility between developers, consumers, and regulators. Attention is paid to the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on macro- and microeconomic processes: the transformation of business models, the optimization of operating costs, the creation of new competitive advantages, as well as the risks of socio-economic inequality, increased unemployment, and the need for large-scale retraining of personnel. The article analyses international ethical standards and regulatory frameworks that define the safe and responsible use of AI. Examples of practical applications of technologies in the financial sector, logistics, marketing, supply chain management, and demand forecasting are given. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the careful consideration of the relationship between ethical principles and the economic efficiency of implementing artificial intelligence, and in the determination of strategic guidelines for the formulation of a balanced policy for the digital transformation of business. The practical significance of the study lies in developing recommendations for international companies on integrating AI, considering legal norms, social responsibility, and principles of sustainable development. The results emphasize the need to create a global regulatory system that harmonizes AI’s innovative capabilities with ethical standards, a key condition for the competitiveness and long-term stability of international business in the digital economy.
