In modern conditions, the protection of the economic interests of business entities is one of the main components of their successful development, which allows them to overcome crises effectively, counteract existing and newly emerging risks and threats, create conditions for reducing their negative impact on the activities and economic stability of the organization. Business activity is carried out in conditions of varying degrees of uncertainty at each stage of its development. It is based on minimizing risks, an integral part of this activity. Ensuring the security of business activities requires a comprehensive approach, in-depth analysis, and timely adoption of measures to minimize external and internal threats and significant financial costs. Each enterprise is unique and independently chooses its form and program to ensure security. It has been determined that the components of economic security are deeply connected with the production process and significantly influence, but at the same time, largely depend on factors emanating from society and the state, which gives the problem of economic security special importance in connection with the modern features of economic development. At the same time, there are general approaches to implementing security as an integral part of entrepreneurial activity. At the same time, the security of entrepreneurial activity cannot exist in isolation from its legal regulation. It has been established that organizational and legal security acts not only as a protective tool but also as an indicator of the enterprise’s ability to adapt, innovate management, and implement digital solutions considering legal norms. Organizational and legal security covers many aspects, from the proper registration of ownership rights to land and property to the development and implementation of internal policies regulating digital technologies and data protection. Investing in organizational and legal security is an investment in the future of the enterprise, allowing it to function effectively, develop, and withstand the challenges of the digital age. Enterprises that actively implement economic security measures demonstrate higher financial stability and competitiveness indicators.
