The purpose of the study is to develop the conceptual framework for forming organisational and economic support for the inclusive development of rural areas. The methodological framework is based on system-activity, territorial and institutional approaches, combined with methods of structural and logical analysis, comparative assessment of the evolution of rural development paradigms, synthesis of theoretical sources, and conceptual modelling of organisational and economic mechanisms. The research clarifies the essence of inclusive development of rural areas as a multidimensional process of structural transformation of the socio-ecological-economic space, which ensures equal access to resources and opportunities for all population groups. The study reveals the content of organisational and economic support for the inclusive development of rural areas as a system of interrelated organisational structures, economic mechanisms, institutional frameworks and management processes aimed at creating conditions for sustainable and inclusive rural community development. A structural model of organisational and economic support for inclusive development has been developed, incorporating institutional, organisational, economic and managerial components, the interaction of which is based on the principles of multi-level governance, participatory management and network cooperation. The role of social entrepreneurship, cooperation, local action groups and rural development hubs as institutional “intermediaries” in resource mobilisation and strengthening social capital within communities has been identified. The scientific novelty lies in the conceptualisation of inclusive development as a process integrating structural, processual, actor-oriented, functional and teleological dimensions, and in the development of a comprehensive model of its organisational and economic support. The practical significance of the results is determined by their applicability in strategic planning of territorial community development, designing regional development programmes, partnership instruments and financial incentives. Further research prospects involve the development of a system of indicators for measuring the level of inclusiveness and the implementation of empirical assessments of the effectiveness of the proposed mechanisms across different types of rural communities.
