The article focuses on the study of changes in the behavior of personnel in domestic enterprises under the conditions of life and work in a crisis environment. In particular, the impact of moral trauma on personnel because of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine is analyzed. The article describes the manifestations of moral trauma that affect staff behavior: loss of trust, loss of faith in the future, and decreased motivation. Symptoms of moral trauma, such as apathy, passivity, aggressiveness, and a tendency toward conflict, complicate staff management, as they have their own negative manifestations in employee behavior, which are described in the article. Operational decisions or psychological support alone are not enough to overcome these problems. The authors emphasize that the key tool is to stimulate the personal growth of personnel, which ensures their stability and effectiveness. Personal growth is defined as a continuous process of self-improvement that encompasses internal changes, self-realization, and continuous learning. This can be achieved through a developmental corporate culture, which, through an appropriate system of values, norms, and practices, supports and actively encourages the professional and personal development of employees, transforming the company into a place where people are not afraid to make mistakes and strive to learn and build teams. Team building promotes self-disclosure, strengthens interpersonal relationships, and increases confidence, which helps employees become more competent and emotionally mature. The article emphasizes that team building should be viewed as a powerful tool capable of increasing labor productivity and supporting the desired behavior of domestic enterprise personnel in times of crisis. This highlights the importance of incorporating team building as a regular program with clear objectives. Thus, the article forms the theoretical basis for managing staff behavior in a crisis, where stimulating personal growth through a developing corporate culture and team building is a strategic foundation for ensuring employee resilience and effectiveness.
