In the current realities, the global mission of implementing digital transformations in the agricultural sector is to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The agribusiness sector is gaining momentum and is not lagging other sectors of the economy in terms of digitalization. Digitalization of agribusiness not only contributes to implementing innovative solutions but also ensures effective resource management, optimization of production processes, and increased agricultural sector competitiveness. Digital transformations open new opportunities for effective management of agricultural enterprises’ land and resource potential. Modern digital technologies contribute to the rational use of land, increased productivity, and environmental sustainability of agribusiness. The purpose of the publication is to study the development features and assess the use and management of agribusiness enterprises’ land and resource potential in the context of digital transformations of the economic environment. The article examines the essence and nature of agribusiness enterprises’ land and resource potential based on the digitalization of the economic environment. The essence and key aspects of digitalizing land and resource potential are determined and substantiated. The features of the current state of functioning of agribusiness enterprises are studied, and it is noted that the agrarian sector of Ukraine is experiencing consolidation and technological modernization, which contributes to increasing its competitiveness and efficiency. The key aspects of applying digital technologies in the context of using agribusiness enterprises’ land and resource potential are studied. It is substantiated that digitalization in agricultural land protection is a necessary condition for improving the mechanism of control and supervisory relations, as well as the management and monitoring system of the land fund. The use of modern technologies allows for the reduction of the influence of the human factor, increases the accuracy of forecasting, and creates conditions for the sustainable use of land resources. Digital transformation allows agribusiness enterprises to use land potential more rationally, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
