The article examines the role of digital content in the strategic and operational decision-making system for foreign economic activity in the context of the digital transformation of international trade. The relevance of the topic stems from the growing influence of digital technologies, platform business models, data analytics, and artificial intelligence on the structure of foreign economic markets and the management processes of enterprises. Digital content is considered not only as an information carrier or marketing tool, but as a full-fledged management resource that combines analytical, communication, and operational functions. The aim of the article is to develop theoretical and methodological principles for integrating digital content into the system of strategic and operational decision-making in foreign economic activity. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive research methodology was used, including systemic, structural-functional, and analytical approaches, as well as methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, generalization, and content analysis of scientific publications and materials of international organizations. Logical-conceptual modeling was used to develop a general model of the role of digital content in the management of foreign economic activity. As a result of the study, it was substantiated that digital content serves as an integration link between the strategic and operational levels of management, enabling enterprises to make well-founded choices about foreign markets, forecast demand, optimize logistics processes, and effectively interact with international partners and clients. Key mechanisms for integrating digital content into marketing, logistics, analytics, and strategic planning were identified, as were the main drivers and barriers to implementing content-oriented digital solutions in the practice of foreign economic activity enterprises in Ukraine and abroad. The results obtained can be used for further scientific research and for the development of applied recommendations in the field of management of foreign economic activity in the digital economy.
