The current conditions of martial law in Ukraine necessitate a thorough revision of approaches to organizing logistics processes in strategically important sectors of the economy. The interaction between military and agricultural logistics is particularly significant, as both systems rely on shared resources and critical infrastructure, thereby ensuring the country’s food, economic, and defense resilience. The agricultural sector provides food, fuel, and lubricants, as well as raw materials. At the same time, military logistics creates the conditions for the secure functioning of transport corridors, the protection of infrastructure, and the maintenance of strategic reserves. The article identifies the key factors influencing the coherence of these two logistics systems. It characterizes the specific features of their interaction under wartime conditions, with transport networks destroyed and cargo flow structures shifting. Alternative supply routes and export channels are analyzed, along with the transformation of agricultural value chains and the role of military needs in shaping logistics decisions at both state and business levels. Practical cases of utilizing agricultural, transport, and storage resources to support defense objectives are summarized, underscoring the role of farm logistics as a critical component of national security. The results demonstrate that integrating military and agricultural logistics enhances supply chain resilience, optimizes resource use, accelerates response to critical events, and strengthens economic stability. The conclusions may be applied to develop state programs to support logistics systems, improve coordination among sectors, and enhance management efficiency amid prolonged wartime challenges. Moreover, the study emphasizes that long-term sustainability of Ukraine’s defense and food systems depends on institutionalizing this intersectoral cooperation and embedding integrated logistics frameworks into national security planning.
