The purpose of this article is to study and analyze modern innovative technologies and methods for assessing the effectiveness of management personnel, with an emphasis on their ability to harness and implement the creative potential of the organization in the post-war economy. The article examines the current challenges facing management personnel in enterprises during the post-war economy, which is characterized by uncertainty, limited resources, transformation of logistical and production processes, and the need for rapid adaptation to changes in the external environment. The key role of management personnel in shaping the strategic direction of the enterprise’s development, ensuring its operational integrity, coordinating interdepartmental collaboration, and making informed decisions is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the use of innovative technologies in assessing the effectiveness of managers, which is particularly important in the context of digitalization, automation of production processes, and the development of information and communication systems. Modern methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of management personnel are considered, including the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs), the use of big data, intelligent automation, blockchain technologies, feedback systems, and digital HRM platforms. Based on an analysis of modern foreign and domestic scientific thought, a systematic approach to forming an assessment toolkit is proposed, which considers not only productivity but also the creative potential, leadership ability, strategic thinking, and innovativeness of managers. It is substantiated that an effective assessment system contributes to strengthening an enterprise’s adaptability, its resistance to risks, and the formation of competitive advantages in the market. The practical significance of the proposed approach lies in its adaptability to various economic sectors and organizational structures, as well as in enhancing the effectiveness of personnel policy and strategic management in general.
