The article demonstrates that the modern paradigm of agro-industrial enterprise development involves transforming it into a high-tech intellectual center based on the synergy of biotechnology, digital management, and big data. It is substantiated that the strategic competitiveness of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex in the long term will depend on business entities’ ability to convert economic challenges into drivers of digital transformation. It is noted that the innovative and strategic orientations for the development of agro-industrial enterprises in the post-war period should be based not on the simple reproduction of lost capacities, but on the “build back better” principle. In the context of infrastructural destruction, not only the area of cultivated land but also the quality of digital data about it becomes a strategic asset. It has been proven that an enterprise’s ability to instantly adjust its production model to market dynamics becomes the main criterion for its viability. The cluster structuring of the agro-industrial sector enabled the substantiation of a differentiated approach to its post-war recovery, in which the effectiveness of strategies is determined by the convergence of enterprise development and the institutional environment. It is established that digitalization, greening, and deep processing constitute the universal core of innovations; however, the scale of their implementation and social impact depend on the specifics of a particular cluster. The industry’s gravitation toward an export-investment model is proven, requiring integration into global value chains and adaptation to EU standards. Successful transformation of agro-industrial enterprises requires implementing cluster-oriented policies, combining innovative business strategies with active state support in risk insurance and infrastructure development.
