The article examines the essence, significance, and structural components of information and analytical support in managerial decision-making within the enterprise management system. Managerial decision-making is analyzed as a multi-stage, multi-component process encompassing a logical sequence from problem identification to the evaluation of the implemented solution. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to structuring decision-making stages is presented, along with a generalized model. In a highly dynamic external environment, amid economic volatility and intensified market competition, the effective functioning of an enterprise critically depends on the availability of reliable, relevant, and evidence-based information, supported by advanced analytical data processing. Attention is given to the concept of information and analytical support. Based on a comprehensive review of academic sources, existing definitions are systematized and classified into logical groups. It is substantiated that information and analytical support of managerial decisions encompasses a wide range of processes, including data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, and communication. It also plays a vital role in strategic, tactical, and operational levels of management. The article proposes a conceptual framework that illustrates the interactions among information resources, technical infrastructure, analytical subsystems, and organizational elements, offering a holistic understanding of how information flows contribute to decision-making. The study emphasizes that the quality of managerial decisions is significantly influenced by the reliability and integrity of the analytical base, which underpins strategic planning, adaptive management, control, and forecasting in contemporary enterprise environments.
