The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of information and analytical support for management decision-making in shaping an enterprise’s innovation and investment potential amid economic digital transformation. Information and analytical support is conceptualized as an integrated system of data collection, processing, and interpretation that enhances the validity of investment decisions and reduces uncertainty in innovation activities. A structural approach to the study of innovation and investment potential is substantiated, distinguishing production and technological components formed through the interaction of resource and process elements. An algorithm for information and analytical support of innovation and investment decision-making is proposed, encompassing the stages of external environment diagnostics, resource auditing, forecasting, and interpretation of analytical results. The impact of digital transformation on enterprise potential is analyzed, with particular emphasis on the role of Industry 4.0 technologies – such as Big Data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing – in enhancing the effectiveness, scalability, and analytical capabilities of Business Intelligence systems. Special attention is given to the ecosystem approach to innovation development, which involves collaboration between enterprises, universities, financial institutions, startups, and government agencies within integrated digital platforms, fostering knowledge exchange and accelerating innovation processes. The advantages of cloud-based BI solutions in supporting innovative management decisions are summarized, highlighting their contribution to technological flexibility, organizational integration, and responsiveness to dynamic market changes. The study substantiates the necessity of integrating advanced information and analytical tools into enterprise management systems as a strategic prerequisite for enhancing innovation and investment potential, improving decision-making quality, and ensuring long-term competitiveness and sustainable development in the digital economy.
