The article conducts a comprehensive study of the transformation of the competitiveness management paradigm for Ukrainian agricultural enterprises under conditions of full-scale military aggression and European integration. It is substantiated that the traditional model of competitive advantage, based on natural rents and low production costs, has been exhausted. In the 2024–2025 period, “resilience” has become the central concept of competitiveness, integrating logistics mobility, energy autonomy, and technological adaptability. The study provides a detailed analysis of the destructive impact of the war, with total industry losses exceeding $80 billion. A clear distinction is made between direct physical damage ($10.3 billion), primarily affecting machinery and elevators, and indirect economic losses ($69.8 billion), stemming from domestic price disparities and export blockades. The forced structural transformation of crop production is evident in a significant shift towards oilseed crops, particularly soybean production (+54.5%), which serves as a financial “buffer” due to lower fertilizer requirements and stable EU demand. Special attention is paid to the key drivers of competitiveness in the current environment: the development of the Danube port cluster, energy decentralization (biogas and solar initiatives), and the capitalization of the land market, which reached $51.9 billion by May 2025. The phenomenon of “accelerated digitalization” is conceptualized through the cases of Kernel and UADamage, where AI and AgriTech are used not only for efficiency but for mine safety and neutralizing labor shortages. The article highlights critical regulatory challenges for 2025–2026, specifically the need to comply with EU regulations such as EUDR and CBAM. It is concluded that the future competitiveness of the sector depends on transitioning from a raw-material export model to deep processing and full integration into the European Green Deal framework.
