The current development of the transport and logistics sector is characterized by increasing competition, rapid digital transformation, and growing requirements for transportation speed, reliability, and safety. Under wartime challenges, unstable transport infrastructure, rising fuel and energy costs, and increasing risks of logistics chain disruptions, ensuring the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises has become particularly important. The efficiency of such enterprises largely depends on their ability to adapt to environmental changes, implement innovative transport management technologies, and ensure the stability of logistics operations. One promising direction for enhancing the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises is implementing predictive intelligent motion stabilization systems based on artificial intelligence algorithms, predictive control methods, sensor monitoring, and real-time data analysis. Unlike traditional reactive stabilization systems, predictive systems provide proactive responses to potential risks by forecasting road conditions and adaptively regulating vehicle motion parameters. The implementation of such systems contributes to increased transportation safety, reduced operating costs, optimized fuel and energy consumption, minimized vehicle downtime, and improved delivery reliability, which collectively create competitive advantages for enterprises. At the same time, the organizational and economic aspects of the impact of predictive motion stabilization systems on the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises remain insufficiently studied, which determines the relevance of further research in this field. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations for improving the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises through the use of predictive intelligent vehicle motion stabilization systems, as well as to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for evaluating the effectiveness of their implementation under the digital transformation of transport and logistics processes. Results. The article substantiates the theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations for increasing the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises through the implementation of predictive intelligent vehicle motion stabilization systems. The mechanism of influence of predictive systems on the formation of competitive advantages through reducing accident rates, decreasing operating costs, optimizing fuel and energy consumption, improving delivery reliability, and enhancing logistics service quality has been investigated. An organizational and economic approach to evaluating the effectiveness of implementing predictive systems, based on an integrated economic effect indicator and a return on investment indicator, has been developed. A system of key indicators for assessing the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises has been formed, and a scenario-based approach to implementing predictive systems depending on the level of digital maturity of an enterprise has been proposed. Conclusions. It has been proven that the use of intelligent predictive motion stabilization systems is an effective tool for improving the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises amid digital transformation and increasing uncertainty in the transport environment. The implementation of such systems contributes to increased transportation safety, cost reduction, improved logistics service quality, and the formation of sustainable competitive advantages. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed approaches for managerial decision-making regarding the digitalization of transport and logistics processes and increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise activities.
