The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of organizational culture in the management system of agricultural production associations. One key factor determining the ability of these associations to achieve their strategic goals and successfully function in the long term is their organizational culture. Organizational culture is a multifaceted formation influenced by a wide range of external and internal factors (state structure, national mentality and culture, economic situation, personal values of the founders, beliefs of employees, etc.). The study’s topic is extremely relevant because the results of such an analysis can not only expand scientific knowledge in this area but also provide practical tools for increasing competitiveness and ensuring the sustainable development of domestic agricultural associations. It has been proven that an effectively formed organizational culture is a key factor in successful cooperation, innovative development, and sustainable functioning in such associations. During the analysis of organizational culture’s essence, its complex and multifaceted nature was revealed. It is formed under the influence of various external and internal factors. Understanding these factors is a prerequisite for successfully creating the desired organizational culture. It was determined that each approach to the formation of organizational culture has advantages and disadvantages, and the choice of the optimal strategy depends on the association’s specific conditions, goals, and resources. The most effective approach is often combined, considering various aspects of the impact on organizational culture. In general, organizational culture formation in agro-industrial production associations is a continuous and strategically important process. Successful management of this process requires a deep understanding of its essence, a conscious choice and combination of appropriate approaches, and the active participation of all association members.
