The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of creating competitive advantages in the outsourcing services market amid a changing environment. It is determined that outsourcing is a long-term transfer of functions and business processes to external economic entities, thereby facilitating the division of labor and increasing the efficiency of resource utilization. It is substantiated that the development of the outsourcing services market is directly related to the flexibility of organizational models and enterprises’ ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the external environment. It is established that the intensification of digitalization in the economy necessitates integrating outsourcing solutions into the strategic management system to minimize transaction costs and improve operational performance. It has been found that outsourcing services enable enterprises to concentrate resources on key areas of activity while delegating auxiliary functions to external providers. It is determined that the involvement of specialized expertise reduces personnel costs, improves the quality of managerial decisions, and increases overall profitability. It has been proven that, under modern conditions, the competitiveness of outsourcing providers is shaped by factors such as innovativeness, continuity of service provision, the level of intellectual capital development, and the use of digital tools for client interaction. It is substantiated that important sources of competitive advantage include cost optimization and the creation of added value for customers, achieved through the provision of comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. It is established that, in conditions of intensified competition, the importance of partnership relations between clients and providers increases, as these are based on trust, transparency, and effective coordination of business processes. It is determined that the modern outsourcing services market is characterized by dynamic development, technological transformation, and a growing role of innovation. It is concluded that the formation of competitive advantages in the outsourcing services market is determined by enterprises’ ability to combine strategic flexibility, digitalization, and efficient resource management.
