The article examines the issues of management in domestic organizations, addressing the aspects of formation, labor motivation, and rational utilization of personnel. It has been proven that this issue acquires special relevance under the conditions of war in Ukraine, when the labor market has undergone significant changes associated with the increase in unemployment, the scaling of external labor migration, the relocation of enterprises, the loss of jobs in many industries, and other related challenges. The purpose of the study was to summarize conceptual provisions and to develop methodological and applied solutions in terms of the formation and implementation of the organizational mechanism of labor motivation within the management system of organizations. It has been stated that the formation and implementation of the organizational mechanism of labor motivation in domestic enterprises during wartime is based on interrelated elements that ensure the preservation, efficiency, and adaptability of personnel. It has been proven that the formation of a motivation system based on the organizational mechanism enables domestic enterprises to gain several important advantages: a comprehensive and transparent system of incentives, increased efficiency in the use of labor potential, the preservation of qualified staff. It has been argued that the formation and implementation of the organizational mechanism of labor motivation in domestic enterprises under wartime conditions requires a comprehensive approach that combines the definition of clear goals and principles of motivation, the application of material, non-material, and social incentives, a flexible organizational structure and management functions, effective systems of evaluation and performance control, adequate communication and information support, as well as mechanisms for adaptation and personnel development.
