The logic of the digital contour of strategic management is proposed, combining data collection, enterprise state diagnostics, risk analytics, scenario modeling, strategic decision-making, implementation of measures, monitoring, and adjustment. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of generalized indicators of digital maturity and ecological and economic security, which can be used by agricultural enterprises for internal audits, investment planning, assessment of the effectiveness of digital solutions, and to increase resilience under conditions of uncertainty.
