The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of business digital transformation in the context of sustainable development and the circular economy. It emphasizes the strategic role of digital technologies as key instruments for enhancing business competitiveness, improving resource efficiency, and fostering innovation-driven growth. Based on the systematization of contemporary scientific approaches, the study analyzes the multidimensional nature of digital transformation, which encompasses strategic, technological, behavioral, social, and environmental dimensions. The research identifies the lack of an integrated scientific model that would combine these dimensions into a coherent conceptual framework for studying the impact of digital tools on business development. An integrative model is proposed, which brings together key conceptual approaches and digital transformation tools (ERP, CRM, AI analytics, Big Data, IoT, cloud services, ESG monitoring, R&D platforms) to assess their impact on internal processes, innovation activities, customer interaction, and the achievement of socio-economic and environmental outcomes. The developed model can serve as a methodological foundation for further academic research and practical implementation of business digital transformation strategies in line with the principles of sustainable development and the circular economy.
