The development of modern technologies leads to the introduction of various forms of information presentation not only in educational institutions, but also in museum institutions. The purpose of the scientific publication is determined by the development and practical implementation of the cultural and educational program «Kyiv Studios: city history for everyone» at the Museum of Kyiv history. The program aims to popularize the city’s past among ordinary citizens, considering the key aspects of the age and socio-professional categories of the target audience. The article is revealed the forms and methods of presenting information among the public through cultural and educational projects and development programs of the Museum of Kyiv history. The article provides a comprehensive scientific justification for the implementation of innovative museum management models aimed at popularizing the history of Kyiv amidst contemporary socio-cultural challenges. The author emphasizes a paradigm shift in museum activity: moving from a classical repository of artifacts to an immersive space for socio-cultural communication and participation. The study details the life cycle of a museum project—from initiation to results analysis—and the specifics of its implementation through digitalization. Particular attention is paid to information visualization methods, virtual exhibitions, and mediation as tools for overcoming temporal and geographical barriers for visitors. It is demonstrated that the effectiveness of a museum product directly depends on the segmentation of the target audience and the adaptation of content for various age and socio-professional categories: from game formats for preschoolers to high-tech immersive practices for the youth of the digital era. The author analyzes the role of digital technologies in preserving cultural heritage and ensuring continuous access to it under the conditions of martial law. The conclusions highlight that the diversification of museum activities and the use of marketing tools in synergy with pedagogical methods represent a strategic path toward increasing the competitiveness of municipal cultural institutions. The creation of the cultural and educational program «Kyiv Studios: city history for everyone» using immersive and interactive technologies will encourage citizens to engage with museums and actively participate in learning about the city’s thousand-year history and the cultural and artistic life of the capital.
