The article examines the formation of favorable conditions for attracting private capital in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine’s economy. Special attention is given to integrating modern technologies to enhance the efficiency of recovery efforts. The study emphasizes the importance of creating a favorable investment environment, which includes a transparent legal system, stable macroeconomic policy, and adequate infrastructure. The possibilities of public-private partnerships and special economic zones that can stimulate investments in various sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and technology, are considered. An essential component is the implementation of effective anti-corruption mechanisms that ensure transparency and accountability of government bodies, significantly reducing risks for investors. Digital technologies, such as Big Data and artificial intelligence, are proposed to ensure transparency and optimize recovery processes. These technologies can assist in making informed decisions regarding priority areas of recovery, resource allocation, and assessing the effectiveness of implemented measures. The use of smart infrastructure, which includes intelligent systems for managing energy consumption, transportation, and water supply, can significantly enhance the efficiency and resilience of critical infrastructures. Special attention is paid to the need for international coordination and the involvement of experts to develop effective strategies. Attracting private capital to the recovery process is one of the critical aspects of ensuring sustainable economic growth. Private investments can become an important funding source, contributing to faster infrastructure recovery, job creation, and economic growth. Additionally, the private sector can introduce innovative solutions and technologies that will improve the efficiency of recovery efforts and contribute to the long-term sustainability of Ukraine’s economy. The article also explores the possibilities of creating special funds to support recovery projects that can attract resources from various sources, including international aid.
