Modern Ukrainian enterprises operate in an extremely dynamic environment, combining the challenges of global instability (military actions, supply chain disruptions, economic sanctions, energy crises, currency fluctuations) and digital transformation trends (rapid development of IT technologies, digitalization of production and services, changing customer interaction models). This requires a new approach to business process management based on flexibility, innovation, and digital tools. That is why the study of business process management of Ukrainian enterprises in the context of digital transformation and global instability is quite relevant. The purpose of the article is the process of studying the management of business processes of Ukrainian enterprises in the context of digital transformation and global instability. The process of studying the management of business processes of Ukrainian enterprises in the context of digital transformation was carried out. The dynamics of indicators of the use of information and communication technologies by Ukrainian enterprises for 2018-2023 was analyzed. The principles of digital transformation of business processes were revealed. The methods of digital transformation of business process management of enterprises were improved. An analysis of the dynamics of the use of information and communication technologies by enterprises of Ukraine for 2018-2023, which have positive dynamics, was carried out. It was determined that over three years, the number of enterprises engaged in electronic commerce increased by almost 1.1 times, while the volume of products sold (goods, services) increased by 1.6 times. At the same time, there is a positive dynamics in the number of enterprises that conducted “big data” analysis, used 3D printing and the share of the number of enterprises that hired or tried to hire specialists in the field of ICT. The results of the study identified the need to improve the methods of digital transformation of business processes of enterprises by optimizing existing ones based on artificial intelligence, creating new ones using information systems, digital reengineering and business process engineering.
