The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of developing analytical support to assess the intensity of land resource use in agricultural enterprises. The necessity of applying a comprehensive approach to the analysis of land-use efficiency under the conditions of contemporary transformations in the agricultural sector and the increasing requirements for ensuring sustainable development has been substantiated. Attention is devoted to the role of analytical instruments in developing an effective system for evaluating the productivity and efficiency of land resource utilization in agricultural production. The study identifies the principal methodological approaches for assessing the intensity of land resource use, accounting for economic, production, and environmental factors that influence the performance of agricultural enterprises. A system of analytical indicators characterizing the level of land-use productivity, the efficiency of land-resource potential utilization, and the overall effectiveness of economic activity has been generalized. It has been established that the use of integrated analytical support enables the identification of internal reserves, thereby improving land-use efficiency, increasing production output, and strengthening the competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises in the long term. The research emphasizes that the rational and intensive use of land resources is a key prerequisite for ensuring the economic sustainability and strategic development of agricultural enterprises. The implementation of modern analytical approaches supports managerial decisions to improve the effectiveness of land management and enhance the efficiency of agricultural production in the context of sustainable development priorities.
