The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the essence, functional content, and applied significance of digital logistics of business processes as a factor in improving the efficiency of IT companies under conditions of deepening digital transformation of the economy. Contemporary scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of digital logistics are generalized, and its structural elements, key features, and place within the system of strategic enterprise management are determined. It is substantiated that digital logistics represents an integrated system for coordinating material, information, financial, and service flows, the functioning of which is based on the use of information and communication technologies, data analytics, cloud platforms, and automated managerial decision-making mechanisms. An analysis of the impact of digital logistics tools on the performance of IT companies is carried out, particularly regarding the duration of the software product life cycle, the productivity of development teams, the level of operating costs, the quality of customer interaction, and the scalability of digital services. It is proven that the implementation of digital logistics solutions contributes to the formation of flexible business models, enhances enterprise adaptability to changes in the external environment, and strengthens competitive positions in the global digital space. Key barriers to the implementation of digital logistics are identified, including technological fragmentation of information systems, significant investment costs, a shortage of specialists in data analytics and data management, and increased cybersecurity risks. The necessity of a comprehensive approach to the digital transformation of IT enterprises is substantiated, involving modernizatio n of IT infrastructure, development of human capital, integration of digital management platforms, and implementation of advanced information security mechanisms. Prospects for further research are associated with the development of methodological tools for the quantitative assessment of digital logistics efficiency, economic and mathematical modeling of its impact on the financial performance of IT companies, and the formation of adaptive strategies for managing digital business processes in the context of global digitalization.
