У статті досліджується проблема використання механізму співпраці держави та приватного бізнесу у формі державно-приватного партнерства для досягнення цілей сталого розвитку. Зокрема, надано характеристику державно-приватному партнерству як інструменту розвитку інфраструктури загального користування та надання пов’язаних послуг. Запропоновано напрями застосування ДПП в досягненні цілей сталого розвитку. Зокрема, зазначено роль державно-приватного партнерства як інструменту боротьби з бідністю та голодом, забезпечення здоров’я, добробуту, якісної освіти, а також гендерної рівності. Досліджено значення ДПП в досягненні цілей чистоти води та санітарних норм, доступної та чистої енергетики, гідних умов праці та економічного зростання, а також в розвитку промисловості, впровадженні інновацій та розбудові інфраструктури. Оцінено роль співпраці держави та приватного бізнесу у формі ДПП в питаннях зменшення нерівності, розвитку сталих міст та громад, відповідального виробництва і споживання, а також запобігання змінам клімату. Розглянуто можливості використання державно-приватного партнерства щодо раціонального використання ресурсів океанів та морів, наземних екосистем, забезпечення миру і справедливості, а також в питаннях розбудови глобальних партнерств задля сталого розвитку.
