Анотація

У роботі проведений аналіз особливостей управління знаннями операційної та проєктної діяльності на проєктно-орієнтованому підприємстві. Розроблена концептуальна модель управління знаннями проєктно-орієнтованого підприємства для досягнення оптимальних економічних показників діяльності підприємства. Для операційної діяльності складовими елементами управління знаннями є люди (співробітники підприємства), технології та процеси. Для проєктної діяльності – управління знаннями проєкту; управління знаннями між проєктами та управління знаннями про управління проєктами. Управління знаннями проєкту включає людей (команда проєкту), технології та процеси. Управління знаннями між проєктами включає технології, котрі дозволяють поширювати знання між проєктами підприємства, котрі реалізуються. Управління знаннями про управління проєктами включає управління ітеграцією, вмістом, термінами, вартістю, якістю, ресурсами, комунікаціями, ризиками, закупівлями, зацікавленими сторонами проєктів. Управління знаннями операційною діяльністю здійснюється на наступних рівнях: індивідуальний (рівень працівника), груповий (рівень підрозділу), організаційний (рівень підприємства) та міжорганізаційний. Управління знаннями проєктної діяльності здійснюється на наступних рівнях: індивідуальний (рівень члена команди проєкту), груповий (рівень команди проєкту), організаційний (в рамках проєкту, що реалізується), глобальний. Етапами (фазами) управління знаннями є формування → накопичення, отримання → генерування → обмін → збереження та документування → використання → результат управління знаннями. В результаті управління знаннями операційної та проєктної видів діяльності із врахуванням складових елементів, рівнів, етапів (фаз) можна сформувати узагальнений показник. Для операційної діяльності – це рівень зрілості підприємств з управління знаннями, для проєктної – рівень зрілості підприємства з управління проєктами (у контексті управління знаннями проєктної діяьності).
