The role of developing the entrepreneurial potential of households in the economy of Ukraine has been analyzed as a crucial factor in ensuring the economic stability of the state. During the research, the following tasks were completed: the factors influencing the development of the entrepreneurial potential of households in Ukraine were examined; the impact of household entrepreneurial activity on Ukraine’s economic stability was determined; and recommendations for enhancing the entrepreneurial potential of households in Ukraine were formulated. The research process involved the use of the following scientific methods: theoretical analysis and generalization, a systematic approach, comparative analysis, and the prognostic method. The key factors influencing household entrepreneurial activity were studied, including socio-economic conditions, financial literacy levels, access to credit resources, government policies supporting small businesses, business process digitalization, and the development of self-employment among the population. It was determined that active household engagement in entrepreneurial activities contributes to income diversification, reduces unemployment rates, enhances the competitiveness of the national economy, and stimulates innovative development. A low level of financial literacy and a lack of information about available government support opportunities pose significant barriers to expanding entrepreneurial activity among the population. In this context, strengthening educational programs aimed at improving household knowledge in entrepreneurship, finance, and business management has been proposed. Additionally, the impact of digital transformation on the development of the entrepreneurial potential of households was analyzed separately. Based on the conducted analysis, recommendations were formulated to enhance the entrepreneurial potential of households in Ukraine. Proposed measures include improving the legislative framework, expanding financial support programs for entrepreneurs, promoting educational initiatives for developing entrepreneurial skills, creating a favorable business environment, and encouraging the use of digital platforms for business operations. It has been emphasized that the implementation of these proposed measures will contribute to increasing household entrepreneurial activity, strengthening the country’s economic stability, and creating conditions for sustainable economic growth in Ukraine.
