The research aims to consider the features and capabilities of innovative technologies in the field of logistics and develop practical recommendations for promising areas of optimization of logistics cost management at Gilea LLC. Companies must constantly improve their cost optimization mechanisms, including logistics, in the context of globalization and increased competition. Growing competition between companies is leading to an increase in the importance of logistics as a key factor determining business performance. The volatile market environment requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability from companies, as factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic, economic crises, geopolitical conflicts, and the ongoing war with Russia have caused significant changes in global supply chains, leading to an increase in logistics costs, the management of which is essential to ensure business sustainability in an uncertain environment. The introduction of technological innovations in the logistics process, as confirmed by the experience of foreign companies, not only reduces costs but also increases profitability and financial stability, provides competitive advantages in the market, and significantly improves the efficiency of logistics operations and the quality of customer service. Introducing modern logistics practices and advanced technologies can substantially improve the efficiency and safety of Gilea’s logistics operations. Using best practices from leading international companies will help reduce the negative impact of conflict situations on supply chains, ensuring the uninterrupted and secure movement of critical goods. This approach optimizes logistics processes and strengthens the company’s adaptability to the challenges of an unstable environment.
