Abstract

Introduction. Managing strategic changes as a relatively new category in the overall management theory has recently become more and more popular among research areas, but in fact, with regard to the peculiarities of strategic changes in machine-building agricultural enterprises, there are very few works that confirm the relevance of the study.

The purpose of the study is to determine the scope of the strategic changes implementation in agricultural machinery enterprises.

Results. Strategic changes in the enterprise must in fact be carried out in the relevant areas, which include: processes (technology), organizational structure (hierarchy), key competencies of staff and organizational culture (communications).
