The article aims to study an integrated approach to providing social services in Ukraine through an interdisciplinary approach and interagency interaction. An integrated approach to the organization of social services involves a comprehensive strategy that includes a thorough assessment of the resource potential of an individual or family, stimulating their active social involvement, developing targeted measures to promote social adaptation, and forming behavioral models focused on sustainable functioning in society. Implementing such an approach ensures effective social integration of individuals in difficult life circumstances and helps to increase their social resilience. The effectiveness of the system of integrated social services increases significantly if an interdisciplinary approach and interagency interaction are implemented. The main features of these approaches and the essence of these concepts are formed and indicated. This involves coordinating the efforts of various specialists and organizations to comprehensively ensure the child’s best interests, contributing to a comprehensive response to the family’s needs, and providing extensive support for vulnerable children. It has been proven that effective interagency interaction at the community level is an essential mechanism for the early detection of cases that can potentially move into difficult life circumstances. Implementing preventive measures within the framework of such interaction contributes to optimizing the use of community budget resources, as it minimizes the costs necessary to overcome the consequences of crises. Implementing regulated procedures for interagency interaction does not require significant additional resources but significantly increases the quality and effectiveness of social work. The key components of modeling social work of integrated social services have been studied and grouped, which further contributes to solving social problems, protecting human rights, ensuring conditions for meeting basic needs, socialization, personal development, and increasing the overall level of well-being of both an individual and the family.
