Abstract

Partnerships are the main vector of the development of the communication and information sector. Partnership should serve achieving equal mutually beneficial relations between partners while reaching a common goal. The choice of a business partner is based on the following criteria: reliability, stability and quality. The components of the potential for the interests integration should be: financial, client, business-process and intellectual, necessary to assess the reliability of the business partner. When integrating enterprises in the sector of communication and information sector, it is reasonable to analyze such aspects of the activities of a potential business partner as: socio-cultural, scientific-technological, organizational, financial and economic, territorial and legal ones.
