The article is devoted to studying the synergy of effective management as a key factor in ensuring the financial and economic sustainability of agri-food enterprises. The chosen direction is especially relevant in the context of food security, economic instability, and environmental challenges in Ukraine, which determines the significant potential for scientific research in this area. The emphasis is placed on specific indicators that reflect management synergy (through the assessment of the interaction of management tools, communications, teamwork, and consistency of goals) and the financial and economic sustainability of agri-food enterprises. The theoretical foundations of the study are substantiated, and a conditional model for assessing financial and economic sustainability is proposed, considering the synergistic effects of integrating various aspects of management. Several qualitative and quantitative indicators are determined for the analysis of both the components of management synergy and the components of financial and economic sustainability. The importance of considering the industry specifics of the agri-food sector and the need for further empirical research to verify the proposed conceptual provisions is emphasized.
