The article aims to study investment policy in the context of youth migration to develop effective strategies that can support economic development and ensure social justice. The study of the investment policy issue in the context of youth migration identified several challenges and opportunities that affect the state’s economic development. Youth migration, especially of highly qualified personnel, is a serious challenge for the economy, as it leads to the loss of human capital, a key resource for innovative development. However, with the right approach, youth migration can become a catalyst for creating new mechanisms for attracting investment and developing the national economy. The relationship between investment policy and youth migration is established and characterized. Attracting investments in educational and scientific programs is an important mechanism for retaining young people in the country and reducing the rate of migration. International investments can also become a source of development of new enterprises and innovative projects that will create additional jobs for young people and increase the country’s competitiveness in the world market. Measures are proposed to motivate young specialists to return to the country after receiving education or gaining experience abroad, including developing favorable conditions for starting a business, obtaining grants for scientific research, and participating in international projects. It is determined that it is also important to develop public-private partnerships to implement investment projects that focus on young people, their interests, and their professional ambitions. Based on the research conducted, strategic investment policy should be integrated with the national strategy for managing migration processes and developing human capital. Effective implementation of investment policy in the context of youth migration will help reduce the outflow of young professionals and stimulate economic growth through innovations and new technologies attracted through investments.
