The topic’s relevance is due to the trends in the digitalization of the agricultural sector and the implementation of innovative solutions in the management field. The latest automation technologies, data processing, and forecasting have opened new opportunities for more effective corporate governance. In addition, agricultural enterprises are increasingly forced to consider the requirements of sustainable development and environmental responsibility. The article is devoted to the study of the features of corporate governance in the agricultural business. Corporate governance is key in ensuring the farm business’s sustainability and competitiveness. The sector’s unique features, such as seasonality of production, a high level of nature and market risks, and the need to cooperate with cooperatives and state bodies, create special challenges for managers. Effective corporate governance allows for creating a transparent decision-making system that increases the trust of investors and partners and helps attract external financing. The principles of transparency, accountability, and ethics are becoming the basis for successful enterprise management, especially important in modern economic and environmental challenges. Compliance with corporate governance standards allows enterprises to reduce risk impact, improve internal control, and stimulate corporate culture development. Contemporary digital technologies and new approaches to risk management provide enterprises with flexibility and adaptability. Thus, corporate governance is not only a tool for optimizing the activities of agricultural companies but also an important factor in their long-term success and sustainable development. Implementing best practices and management standards will contribute to increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises and strengthening their positions in the domestic and international markets.
