Strategic management of an enterprise in modern conditions is becoming particularly relevant due to dynamic changes in the external environment, increased competition, and rapid technological progress. Implementing effective strategies allows enterprises to adapt to new challenges, ensure sustainable development, and achieve set goals. The article is devoted to the study of the factors that affect implementing strategic management in an enterprise in modern conditions. Implementing strategic management in an enterprise under modern conditions is a complex process that depends on the interaction of external and internal factors. The high turbulence of the market environment, the rapid development of technologies, globalization, and changes in consumer preferences require enterprises to be flexible and take a proactive approach to management. It has been proven that key external factors, such as the economic situation, the level of competition, government regulation, technological innovations, and socio-cultural changes, influence the formation of enterprise strategies. At the same time, internal factors – the quality of strategic planning, financial resources, corporate culture, and the level of innovative potential – determine an enterprise’s ability to implement the chosen strategy effectively. It has been established that the successful implementation of strategic management is possible under the condition of a comprehensive approach, including: a systematic analysis of the external environment; flexible management and rapid adaptation to changes; implementation of modern digital technologies; development of corporate culture and human capital. Thus, strategic management in modern conditions is not just a tool for achieving the enterprise’s goals but an integral element of its competitiveness, stability, and long-term development.
