Abstract

Introduction. The economic trends that prevail on the domestic and global markets are driving companies to find new ways to improve their performance. Taking into account that for today the using only acquired experience and conservative methods of management does not contribute to increasing the export potential of enterprises due to the many factors influence of the external and internal environment, it is necessary to find new alternative ways of development, one of which is the development and implementation mechanism for increasing the enterprise export potential.

The purpose of the study is to determine the mechanism structure of increasing the enterprise export potential.

Conclusions. Functioning of the mechanism of the enterprise export potential increasing in the context of economic and business activities of a particular enterprise is expressed in the development and implementation of a set of measures at the enterprise. Together they are aimed at ensuring the increase of the enterprise’s potential, taking into account the current economic situation of the enterprise, the resources at its disposal, the configuration of the enterprise’s environment and strategies of export activity, which it can apply based on factors.
