The article examines the issues of conceptual principles of proper functioning of domestic entities in the aviation industry of Ukraine in the post-war period. It is noted that since the first day of the full-scale war in Ukraine, a ban on air transportation of passengers and cargo has been in effect, which, undoubtedly, put the functioning (meaning in the domestic market of Ukraine) of the domestic aviation industry entities on pause. It is argued that domestic aviation industry entities should consider the strengths and weaknesses of their activities and development at the pre-war stage and realize the possibilities and prospects of further effective functioning and development after the war, in other words – to determine the fundamental aspects of its stable development in the future. On this basis, the study aims to generalize the basic prerequisites for the stable growth of the subjects of the aviation industry of Ukraine. Based on the understanding of the weaknesses in the management system of the development of domestic entities of the aviation industry, strategic directions for improving the quality of their air transport services have been identified. The logic of an integrated approach to the formation of the goal of the quality assurance policy, respectively – the competitiveness of the services of air transport enterprises for the transportation of passengers and cargo, has been proposed. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in determining the conceptual principles of planning a policy to improve the quality of services of aviation industry enterprises by clarifying the goal and forming a set of goals for its achievement according to strategic priorities: increasing economic efficiency, improving organizational and technological support, creating our own institutional and regulatory control, improving ergonomic and aesthetic characteristics, social standards and proper innovation of services. The applied significance of the research results lies in substantiating the principles of ensuring high-quality of services of aviation industry enterprises, including determinism, organization, economy, reliability, and safety, which consider the specifics of management in this industry and are achieved based on using a system-integrated approach to managing competitive advantages of services while mobilizing resource potential.
