Integrating sustainable development principles and ethical norms into enterprises’ activities improves their reputation and strengthens ties with stakeholders. It also becomes a key factor in long-term competitiveness. At the same time, the effective implementation of the concept of social responsibility requires a systematic approach and appropriate training of management personnel. In this context, a process approach to implementing business education models effectively forms the necessary knowledge, skills, and values in future business leaders. The features of personnel training as a tool for developing social responsibility in business are considered. Its key role in forming a new generation of managers and specialists is identified. The stages of implementing business education models for the development of social responsibility are substantiated, and attention is also focused on the importance of considering factors in this process of globalization. This process not only enriches knowledge about the principles of sustainable development and ethical business conduct but also develops practical skills in their application. It has been proven that systematic business education contributes to a deep understanding of the relationship between the success of the enterprise and the well-being of society and environmental sustainability. It stimulates the formation of a corporate culture focused on social responsibility, which increases business competitiveness and long-term sustainability in the context of globalization. Using various business education tools allows you to adapt corporate training to the specific needs of enterprises, ensuring the effective implementation of the principles of social responsibility at all levels of their activities. This contributes to the sustainable development of Ukrainian businesses and increases their contribution to the country’s overall well-being.
